The present perfect helps us to talk about past actions that have some relation to the present.
To form the present perfect we have to use the correct present form of the auxiliary verb "to have" "have" or "has" followed by the participle of the desired verb

he perfect past tense is a verb tense that refers to an event or action that occurred in a time prior to another action. It means a past and another past before this.
